So imagine a resident being able to live this lifestyle.. where a phoenix might drop. out of the sky and an artist houses her (spacial dimensions), he's able to create music in his space with her (sound proof walls and floor with great acoustics), eating at the infamous community table where there is a free, "family dinner" on a recurring basis, performance or presentation during the dinner of previously mentioned artist during the dinner. He was free to explore and express himself in a grand, yet somehow simplistic way.
